After this introductory lesson, you can decide whether you would like to start lessons at Studio Viool. It is important that there is a good teacher–student connection and that the student is genuinely motivated to learn. A positive and enjoyable learning environment is the foundation for musical growth and progress.
Methods
I teach violin and viola using sheet music (classical track) or by ear (folk track). I use a variety of methods and approaches, adapting them to each student’s needs. This includes Flemish and Dutch children’s songs and teaching methods, as well as the Suzuki Method, ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music), and English, Hungarian, and Russian teaching traditions.
